Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day business operations while working in a hybrid setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies and processes.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support project management tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Help monitor operational performance metrics and propose improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must have own computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with occasional reporting to Mandaluyong City.
